Enhance the efficiency and baking capacity of your restaurant or specialty bakery with the Blodgett 981 single deck oven! With a powerful output of 50,000 BTU and two 7" high baking compartments, this oven allows you to bake or cook a diverse array of foods, including roasts, pastries, cakes, artisan breads, pizzas, and more. The dual compartments enable you to prepare two different products at the same time. Plus, counterbalanced doors make it easy to transfer items in and out of the oven.
To ensure optimal temperature retention and energy efficiency, this oven is equipped with vitreous fiber insulation on the top, back, sides, bottom, and doors. The baking compartments feature aluminized steel linings and a robust angle iron frame for added durability. A free-floating duplex-tube burner, along with two 1" thick, 12-gauge aluminized steel oven decks, delivers quick and efficient heating throughout the unit. The burner doors also open easily for ignition, cleaning, or adjustment.
The liquid pressure thermostat has a temperature range of 200-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and safety features such as the pilot light, temperature control, and main gas valve are conveniently located at the front of the unit. Additionally, a draft diverter is included to safely vent hazardous fumes and exhaust.
With a stainless steel front, sides, and top, this oven is not only easy to clean but also resistant to corrosion. The 27 1/2" legs elevate the unit to a comfortable working height, providing the clearance needed for optimal performance. If you’re looking for a reliable and sturdy oven, the Blodgett 981 is an excellent choice!
