At Pizza Oven Store, we pride ourselves on offering one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, completely free of charge (with some exceptions, such as custom orders—see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. You can reach us during business hours at (850) 713-5816, via the chat in the bottom right corner, or by emailing support@pizzaovenstore.com.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are specifically created based on your specifications. Once an order for a custom item is placed, production begins immediately. These units are built to your exact specifications. However, your warranty will guarantee a fully functional and operational product.
If you're unsure whether your order is considered custom or made-to-order, please contact us, and we will be happy to clarify.
**Note:** All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you can do so, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
Not all products are eligible for return after they have shipped. We work directly with manufacturers, and some do not permit returns. Return availability varies by product and manufacturer, so please reach out to us for specific information regarding your item.
**Important:** Any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee, in addition to return shipping costs, due to rising freight and shipping charges. If you're replacing the product, we may be able to help cover some of these costs depending on the specific item.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. However, brand-specific return policies on product pages may override this general return window. Please refer to the product page for exact details.
Shipping Times
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. However, shipping times may vary due to supply chain disruptions and other unforeseen factors.
While delays can be frustrating, please understand that these circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these times.

When making a purchase from Pizza Oven Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. I will inspect the package upon delivery and note any damages, including taking pictures, and report them to Pizza Oven Store within 24 hours of receipt.
2. I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping for any exchanges.
3. Products must be returned unopened and unused. Restocking fees may apply.
4. If my order has already left the warehouse, I understand I cannot receive a full refund.
5. If I return my order after it has shipped, I am responsible for paying any return shipping and restocking fees, which typically range around 20%.
6. Shipping estimates provided on product pages are estimates only and may change due to factors outside Pizza Oven Store’s control.
7. I agree not to cancel my order or file a chargeback due to shipping delays or incorrect estimates caused by circumstances beyond Pizza Oven Store’s control (such as manufacturing or logistical delays from partner companies).
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If the item(s) are damaged, send photos of the damage, packaging, and SKU, along with a brief description, to **support@pizzaovenstore.com** within 24 hours of delivery. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Failure to report damages within 24 hours will void any freight damage claims.
Warranty
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for warranty details. Warranty claims cover damages that occur over time with use and do not apply to items damaged during delivery unless reported within 30 days.
Returns
By default, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees resulting from customer error unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Most of our products come with warranty guarantees, meaning you will receive a fully functional product at no extra cost. Please review individual product pages for warranty specifics.
BOGO Promotions
For any Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for the value of that item when purchased alone. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and, depending on the manufacturer, may also incur a restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Chargebacks
Our team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We strive to make our policies as fair and customer-friendly as possible. Please reach out to us if you encounter any problems, and we will work together to find a solution.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in legal action. We are confident we can resolve any concerns and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
