With 85,000 BTU and a 10" high baking compartment, this oven is capable of cooking up to 8 (14") pizzas or 18 (10") pizzas at once. Its Ultra Rokite stone deck ensures a perfectly crispy crust by providing even heating and excellent moisture absorption. The counterbalanced doors with spring assist make it easy to transfer products in and out, minimizing the risk of burns or injuries.

Designed for optimal temperature retention and energy efficiency, the oven is insulated with vitreous fiber at the top, back, sides, bottom, and doors. The aluminized steel baking compartment, supported by a durable angle iron frame, provides exceptional durability. The free-floating duplex tube burners offer consistent, reliable heating, while the easily accessible doors make ignition, cleaning, and maintenance simple.

The oven features a snap throttle thermostat with a temperature range of 300-650°F. For added safety, the safety pilot, temperature control, and main gas valve are conveniently located at the front of the unit. A draft diverter is included to ensure safe ventilation of fumes. The stainless steel front, sides, and top enhance durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. With 32" legs, the unit is raised to a comfortable working height for improved performance.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are specifically created based on your specifications. Once an order for a custom item is placed, production begins immediately. These units are built to your exact specifications. However, your warranty will guarantee a fully functional and operational product.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you can do so, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

Not all products are eligible for return after they have shipped. We work directly with manufacturers, and some do not permit returns. Return availability varies by product and manufacturer, so please reach out to us for specific information regarding your item.

Important: Any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee, in addition to return shipping costs, due to rising freight and shipping charges. If you're replacing the product, we may be able to help cover some of these costs depending on the specific item.
