Warranty

The complete Warranty is further subject to the following qualifications:

The oven must be installed in accordance with EarthStone Ovens installation instructions and local building codes
Moisture can cause significant damage to the oven/hearth. Therefore, the enclosure/shroud (stone, brick, stucco, etc.) that surrounds the oven/hearth must be sealed and waterproof. Failure to do so will void this warranty.
The oven is subjected to normal use, including burning such natural wood fuels as non-treated wood. Fuel products with abnormal burning characteristics including, but not limited to, fuel such as driftwood, coal or plywood and wood products using a binder, may burn at excessive temperatures and may cause damage to the oven or may cause damage to the oven or may cause it to function improperly. EarthStone Ovens does not warrant the oven when such fuels have been used.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are specifically created based on your specifications. Once an order for a custom item is placed, production begins immediately. These units are built to your exact specifications. However, your warranty will guarantee a fully functional and operational product.

If you're unsure whether your order is considered custom or made-to-order, please contact us, and we will be happy to clarify.

Note: All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you can do so, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

Not all products are eligible for return after they have shipped. We work directly with manufacturers, and some do not permit returns. Return availability varies by product and manufacturer, so please reach out to us for specific information regarding your item.

Important: Any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee, in addition to return shipping costs, due to rising freight and shipping charges. If you're replacing the product, we may be able to help cover some of these costs depending on the specific item.
