The 1000S Premium automatic slicer has been enhanced with a new and improved design, certified to meet and exceed the latest NSF/ANSI standards for safety, sanitation, and performance. Univex slicers are crafted with our customers in mind, combining robust construction and exceptional engineering to deliver an automatic slicer suitable for heavy slicing production.

This model features zero blade exposure during cleaning, a safety interlock, and a remote sharpener that is easy to use and mounts in seconds. It includes a 13” precision German hollow ground blade, and the carriage tilts away from the unit for easy access. The solid one-piece anodized aluminum construction, along with smooth curve transitions, effectively redirects liquid and debris away from the operator for enhanced cleaning accessibility.

The Univex 1000S slicer also boasts an automatic slice control panel with 9 settings and a programmable slice counter capable of tracking up to 1000 slices. This heavy-duty, supermarket-quality slicer is ideal for large operations that require continuous slicing.
