The Univex DOME59S Stone Hearth Pizza Dome Oven
Constructed from whole refractory bricks, furnace-baked for durability, with high alumina content set in refractory cement. Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1200°C, the high alumina content enhances heat retention, allowing ovens to stay warm well into the next day.
The bricks provide sufficient durability to significantly extend the oven's lifespan.

Venting Requirements
- Follow local state codes.

Clearance Requirements
- Minimum clearance from combustibles on all sides: 6" (15.2cm)
- Minimum clearance from combustibles above: 16" (40.6 cm)
(Note: Standard drywall or sheet rock is classified as combustible.)
Installation Requirements
- Must be installed on a non-combustible floor with at least 32" (81.3cm) around the oven and at least 40" (101.6cm) in front.
- Minimum clearance under the oven: 31 inches² (200cm²) for maintenance access.

Warranty
UNIVEX products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the standard warranty period outlined in the table below. The warranty starts from the date of delivery to the end user or the date delivered to the dealer plus 6 months, whichever is sooner.
UNIVEX agrees to repair or replace, at its discretion and FOB factory, any part found to be defective due to material or workmanship issues during the warranty period. This is provided the equipment has been unaltered and has been properly installed, maintained, and operated as per the UNIVEX Owner’s Manual.
The warranty does not cover equipment or components subjected to:
- Shipping damage
- Improper voltage
- Improper installation
- Alteration, abuse, or misuse
Additionally, the warranty excludes:
- Loss of business profits
- Loss of food or products
- Property damage due to electrical, gas, or mechanical malfunction
- Any incidental or consequential damages to the purchaser or any third party
- Damage due to floods, fire, or other acts of God
Warranty Service
UNIVEX agrees to cover reasonable labor costs for repairs or replacements carried out by a FACTORY AUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT SERVICE AGENCY within the continental United States, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii during the labor warranty period. This includes:
- Up to 2 hours of travel time
- Up to 50 miles (100 miles round-trip) of travel
However, this warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage from freight or shipping
- Post-start-up issues, such as tightening loose fittings, minor adjustments, maintenance, cleaning, sharpening, or descaling
- Normal wear parts (belts, blades, fuses, shear pins, knives, felts, counterweight ropes)
- Equipment with altered, removed, or illegible rating plates
- Appliances altered from their original factory condition
- Overtime service charges (warranty only covers Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm local time)
- Improper voltage, installation, alteration, abuse, or misuse
- Failures resulting from inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or routine lubrication
- Damage from pressure washing that affects electrical control devices
- Damage from corrosive cleaning agents (only mild detergents should be used)
Note: Proper installation is the responsibility of the dealer, owner, or installing contractor and is not covered by this warranty. Compliance with local codes is also the owner's and installer’s responsibility.
Warranty Claims
All warranty service requests must be pre-approved by Univex Service at 800-261-9261. Unauthorized repairs will be at the customer’s expense. Ensure your service provider gives you an authorization number before performing any work.

At Pizza Oven Store, we pride ourselves on offering one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, completely free of charge (with some exceptions, such as custom orders—see below).

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are specifically created based on your specifications. Once an order for a custom item is placed, production begins immediately. These units are built to your exact specifications. However, your warranty will guarantee a fully functional and operational product.
If you're unsure whether your order is considered custom or made-to-order, please contact us, and we will be happy to clarify.
Note: All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you can do so, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
Not all products are eligible for return after they have shipped. We work directly with manufacturers, and some do not permit returns. Return availability varies by product and manufacturer, so please reach out to us for specific information regarding your item.
Important: Any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee, in addition to return shipping costs, due to rising freight and shipping charges. If you're replacing the product, we may be able to help cover some of these costs depending on the specific item.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. However, brand-specific return policies on product pages may override this general return window. Please refer to the product page for exact details.
