The Garzoni 350 has all the superior qualities that you have come to expect from Californo ovens. From the delicately engineered “True Dome Shape” and the high-quality raw materials used in the manufacturing process, this oven kit results in a durable oven that is long lasting and requires zero maintenance.
This kit is so well suited for serving larger parties that it also doubles as our entry-level commercial oven kit. Nicknamed “The Cafe Oven”, the Garzoni-350 is popular among our clients who have small coffee shops and mobile pizza oven trailers, as well as our clients who cater on a large scale in their own backyard – anything from wedding parties to barrio fiestas and quinceañeras.
The Garzoni-350 is a versatile wood-fired pizza oven; it can cook more than just the perfect artisan pizza! Create anything from casseroles to roasted meats with a rich smoky perfume, and even hearth breads. The Garzoni-350 can even roast large game, pig or lamb.

That's why we give 5 years warranty on our pizza oven domes and 1 year warranty on all other parts.
We only use the finest raw materials and we engineered our ovens to be as close as possible to the real original Neapolitan oven while using today technology.
Look inside the dome and find for yourself: we call it dome since it's true half a sphere!
Do the other competitors offer you a real Half sphere? in most cases they don't offer you half a sphere shape so how come they call it oven dome?
Shipping and Returns
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
At Pizza Oven Store, we pride ourselves on offering one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, completely free of charge (with some exceptions, such as custom orders—see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. You can reach us during business hours at (850) 713-5816, via the chat in the bottom right corner, or by emailing support@pizzaovenstore.com.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are specifically created based on your specifications. Once an order for a custom item is placed, production begins immediately. These units are built to your exact specifications. However, your warranty will guarantee a fully functional and operational product.
If you're unsure whether your order is considered custom or made-to-order, please contact us, and we will be happy to clarify.
Note: All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you can do so, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
Not all products are eligible for return after they have shipped. We work directly with manufacturers, and some do not permit returns. Return availability varies by product and manufacturer, so please reach out to us for specific information regarding your item.
Important: Any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee, in addition to return shipping costs, due to rising freight and shipping charges. If you're replacing the product, we may be able to help cover some of these costs depending on the specific item.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. However, brand-specific return policies on product pages may override this general return window. Please refer to the product page for exact details.
When you purchase this kit, the Garzoni-350 can be installed free-standing on a custom base. As with all Californo ovens, this oven comes with a 5-year warranty for the dome and a 1-year warranty on all other parts.
