Enhance the efficiency and baking capacity of your restaurant or specialty bakery with the Blodgett 951 double deck oven! With a total output of 76,000 BTU and (2) 12" high baking compartments, this oven allows you to bake a wide array of foods, including roasts, pastries, cakes, artisan breads, pizzas, and more. The double deck design and independent controls enable you to cook two different products simultaneously, maximizing your productivity. The counterbalanced doors make it easy to transfer products in and out of each oven's cooking cavity.
For optimal temperature retention and energy efficiency, the oven is equipped with vitreous fiber insulation on the top, back, sides, bottom, and doors. The baking compartments are lined with durable aluminized steel and supported by a robust angle iron frame. Two free-floating duplex-tube burners and 1" thick, 12 gauge aluminized steel oven decks provide rapid and efficient heating throughout each compartment. The burner doors are designed for easy opening, facilitating ignition, cleaning, and maintenance.
Featuring liquid pressure thermostats with a temperature range of 200-500 degrees Fahrenheit, the oven prioritizes safety with a pilot light, temperature control, and main gas valves conveniently located on the front. A draft diverter is included to safely vent hazardous fumes and exhaust.
The stainless steel front, sides, and top ensure ease of cleaning and increased resistance to corrosion. Additionally, the 7" legs elevate the unit to a comfortable working height, providing the necessary clearance for optimal performance. If you're looking for a sturdy and reliable oven, the Blodgett 951 is an excellent choice!
